If you are 18 years old you can both rent and drive our vehicles, but keep in mind that those under 21 need to pay an additional young drivers fees applicable to all young drivers stated in the contract.

Although we do try to keep every clients wish in mind, sadly we cannot guarantee a specific model, only the selected car category. However, if a guaranteed model is indicated when booking, then you can expect to receive exactly that model.

Most rental companies require a credit card for the security deposit. We accept credit cards and debit cards.

Yes, basic insurance (CDW – Collision Damage Waiver TP – Teft protection) is included. Additional coverage options, such as full insurance or zero-excess, are available at extra cost.

Yes, but you must inform us in advance. Cross-border travel may require additional fees and documentation depending on the destination country.

Yes, but only with prior approval and payment of the Ferry fee.
This fee covers additional insurance and logistics, as ferry travel involves higher risks and limited roadside assistance on islands or remote areas. Without approval, ferry use is not permitted.   

Absolutely. We offer child seats, booster seats, and infant carriers. Please request them during the booking process so we can reserve them in advance.

Yes, we offer one-way rentals. Availability and fees depend on the locations involved — please contact us for details.

Yes, we do offer this service,  however, it must be arranged at least 24 hours before pick-up.

Deliveries within city limits are free of charge.

Pick-ups at Dubrovnik Airport are done via a Meet & Greet service, and they are also free of charge.

This means our staff will wait for you at the arrivals area of Dubrovnik Airport, and personally hand over the keys and rental documents. No waiting in line, no shuttle buses. For more details about how our Meet & Greet service works, check the Airport Pick-up section of our website.

Authorization or deposit is a temporary reservation of funds that guarantees payment of rental services and possible added expenses. The height of the deposit depends on the vehicle category  and insurance packages.

Once your rental is completed and there are no extra charges, the deposit will be automatically released. Most banks process this within  two weeks, though in some cases it may take up to 30 days.

Even with full insurance, a small deposit is still required as a security measure for any costs not covered by insurance, such as parking fines, missing fuel, tolls, or rental extensions. When full insurance is selected, the deposit amount is minimal – often just a symbolic hold on your card.

Yes, a debit card (Visa or Mastercard) is accepted for the pre-authorization, but the funds will be reserved on your account until the deposit is released by your bank.

If there is a need for additional payment after the rental period has ended you will be informed of it via email.
